Sweet Home CannaBama Expands Its Voice for Wellness, Education, and Community with Special May 4, 2026 Broadcast on FM Talk 106.5
MOBILE, Ala. — Sweet Home CannaBama, the Gulf Coast radio platform focused on wellness, education, and community, is set to deliver a broadcast on Monday, May 4, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. CST on FM Talk 106.5, featuring Jennifer Boozer Stewart, Dr. Dana Lillestol, and Vernell Varnado, aka “Poppa Snoop.”
Founded by Jennifer Boozer Stewart, Sweet Home CannaBama continues to grow as a trusted voice for listeners seeking thoughtful conversations around cannabis wellness, senior health, veterans' support, and meaningful community connection. This upcoming show reflects a bigger vision: creating a welcoming platform where real conversations inspire real action for individuals, families, caregivers, veterans, and the broader Gulf Coast community.
The new broadcast will spotlight the combined strengths of three powerful voices. Jennifer Boozer Stewart brings passion, leadership, and a strong community-centered vision for the future of the program. Dr. Dana Lillestol, a respected senior wellness advocate, adds educational insight and practical guidance for listeners interested in better understanding wellness as they age. Vernell Varnado, aka “Poppa Snoop,” brings heart, recognition, and a strong spirit of service as a veterans advocate and ambassador whose presence helps broaden the show’s reach and impact.
In collaboration with Clear Media Marketing, the show is also building momentum beyond the radio dial, creating new opportunities for listeners to engage with trusted voices in ways that are informative, uplifting, and community-driven. The program’s mission is not simply to talk about wellness but to connect listeners with ideas, conversations, and future opportunities that can improve daily life.
The Veterans6 Foundation is especially excited to have Poppa Snoop join this growing effort. His involvement reinforces the show’s commitment to honoring veterans, supporting families, and expanding awareness around wellness conversations that matter to those who have served and the communities around them.
This special broadcast also marks the beginning of a larger movement. Dr. Dana Lillestol, Vernell Varnado, and Jennifer Boozer Stewart will soon be launching an online community designed to extend the conversation beyond the show. The upcoming community will give listeners a place to stay connected, learn more, engage with future resources, and participate more deeply in the wellness, education, and community mission of Sweet Home CannaBama.
